How to Meditate with Ven. Joan

Ven Joan will give an explanation of meditation and a short introduction to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, the purpose and benefits of meditation, different types of meditation techniques, and how to meditate in order to reduce destructive emotions and cultivate positive ones. Teaching sessions will be alternated with short meditation sessions.

We ask for a donation of RS 750 to help us cover our costs for this course.
