To help us live a peaceful and happy life, the Buddha recommended that we practice recognizing and cultivating the natural resources in our own hearts. This workshop will explore how meditation can help us incline our minds towards goodwill, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity, the Four Immeasurables.
They are called ‘immeasurable’, because if you practice them, they will grow in you every day until they embrace the whole world. You will become happier, and everyone around you will become happier too. Thich Nhat Hanh, Teachings on Love
